1. Cancellation Policy

At Staybuddy, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both guests and our hotel partners.

  • Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the check-in time are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24 hours and 4 hours before check-in time are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 4 hours before check-in time or in case of a "No Show" are not eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund based on the cancellation policy above, the refund amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Booking Modifications

If you wish to modify your booking (e.g., change dates or room type), please contact our support team. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on the new booking details.

4. Hotel-Specific Policies

Some hotels may have specific cancellation policies that differ from our standard policy (e.g., during peak seasons or for special events). These specific policies will be clearly mentioned on the hotel details page during the booking process and will supersede this general policy.
