1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Staybuddy ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the staybuddy.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

2. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.
• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
• You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise.

3. Booking & Payments

Prices for hotel stays are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment method details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

4. Hotel Policies

When you book a hotel, you agree to abide by the hotel's specific policies, including check-in/check-out times, guest ID requirements, and house rules. Staybuddy is not responsible for disagreements relating to individual hotel policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site.
